Streamlined workflow, search improvements and more - May updates

New channel and challenge settings location

A list view of the proposals has been added to the workflow. You'll find the list view option in the top right corner of the workflow.

Last month we added a customization feature to kanban-view. You can also customize the list view in a similar manner.

New form settings - Deadline editing and task forwarding

Form settings have a new option task settings where you can define if a user with a task can modify the task. New options include allowing users to forward a task to another user and change the deadline of the task. These settings are located in the "form settings".

Search improved with "search by a hashtag"

 You can now search with specific #hashtags that are included in the proposals. You can input the hashtags in the search result view after performing a word search. Example in the picture above.

Copy and paste multiple email addresses when adding  users to channels and challenges

Need to invite many users to your Orchidea project? We have added support for copying and pasting multiple email addresses at once.
Copy a list of email addresses to invite those users to a channel or challenge. Orchidea will process all users from the list at once and divide it to existing users and missing users to be invited.

Submit proposals faster directly at the home page. Just click on the "Create proposal" button. It is easier now to select the right channel or challenge as you can see channel and challenge descriptions.

Minor updates

• You can now delete classification trees
• You have now more control of the positioning of the channel banner picture
• Proposal name has been added to the task email notification
