Introducing Orchidea Workshop + much more - June updates

With Workshops, you can create a lot of ideas quickly and develop them into well-thought solutions. The workshop has the following handy features:

• Step-by-step process to help in facilitating the brainstorming session
• Ideate, develop and select the best ideas together with your team
• Timing starts automatically at each stage and is visible to all users.
  
  

Getting started is easy, just set up a new workshop, fill in the topic, and invite participants.

Monitor the use with new statistics charts

Remind users of being invited to Orchidea

Send reminders to the people you have invited to Orchidea, but they haven't yet activated. Simply press the bell button in the user management. The user will get an email reminder.

Search for archived channels, challenges, and workshops

Archived content can be searched and viewed. Search directly from channels, challenges, or workshops by pressing the magnifying glass icon next to the title. Choose active or archived content from the search page.

Find related proposals easily in the relations-tab

The relations tab shows related proposals. You can find the proposal hashtags and add or remove links to related proposals.

• You can now add new management forms and send tasks in challenges
