Fine-tune AI feature access and model
You can now control at channel, challenge, and workshop level:
- which AI features are available
- which AI model the feature uses
- which roles can use the feature
Available only on Professional and Enterprise plans.
Chat with AI to enhance proposals
You can now chat and develop proposals with AI when creating proposals. This feature is off by default, so you must turn it on for desired channels and challenges.
Available only on Professional and Enterprise plans.
Customize Kanban card content and default view
You now have more control over what data is visible on the Kanban cards. You can also save your views setting as a default setting for other users
New languages and multiple languages per workspace
We have added new user interface languages and created support for multi-language workspace. We currently support over 100 languages.

Create and disable users automatically with SCIM 2.0
With SCIM 2.0 compatible integration, Orchidea can automatically create new users and disable removed users. Many widely used identity providers, such as Microsoft Entra ID and Okta, support SCIM 2.0.

- New challenge template: Triple evaluation
- The formatting toolbar is now always visible, and you can add images along the text
- You can format editable emails like thank you emails and challenge participant emails
- You can now select proposals in multiple pages on the list view and show the selected proposals
- You can sort the list view by proposal name
- You can delete multiple proposals in the list view
- The list view has a new text filter
- The number slider form type now has an optional help text field
- New user terms and conditions can be removed from Professional and Enterprise plans
