With Chat with AI you can - ask AI to search existing proposals - ask AI to search similar proposals - further develop and combine elements of the proposals AI chat is disabled by default in the workspace. You can [enable it by navigating to Permissions](https://knowledge.orchidea.dev/en/knowledge/enable-chat-with-ai) in the workspace settings. Previously, the icon was located in the top navigation bar. Now you can find it in the user profile menu. Auto-complete is an alternative to manual completion, where the next phase does not start until the challenge owner completes the previous phase. The email contains - assigned proposals by channel - days since proposal creation and last update - number of pending and completed tasks Orchidea sends the email every two weeks. Managers can change the sending frequency or cancel sending in their profile. This idea is from the Orchidea Roadmap co-development. | | --- | --- | Advancements in AI-powered translations | ![assinged manager summary email](https://info.orchidea.dev/hs-fs/hubfs/assinged%20manager%20summary%20email.png?width=292&height=299&name=assinged%20manager%20summary%20email.png) | AI translations have the following new enhancements: - AI translations are indicated with an icon, and you can compare the translation to the original by clicking the icon - Channel owners can select languages to be translated automatically AI translation is available as a paid add-on feature for the Professional and Enterprise plans. | | --- | --- |     ## Minor updates - Management form filling can now trigger an automatic email to a user who has been collected with a user field - You can ask AI to suggest similar ideas to be merged in the first ideation phase of a workshop \*\* - You can now see where a classification is used in **Workspace settings => Classification** - Workspace reporting now has a filter for limiting the report to selected channels, challenges, and workshops - The time in process report in channels now has a proposal preview button - All charts now have an icon in the top right corner for 1) viewing the data in a table and 2) exporting the data to a CSV file - Search shows the channel name of the proposals in the results - You can upload a background image for the Kanban view in the workflow \*\* - Management forms have a new data setting for limiting visibility of form data to proposal creators and co-creators; the primary use case is to communicate suggestion box fees to the suggestion creator - Orchidea can send the user an email when a task assigned by the user is completed; This user-specific setting is available in the user's **Profile => Settings** - Excel export of a workshop now includes the insights generated in the first phase of the workshop \*\* - You can now search and filter fields by type when you add fields to a form - Channel, challenge, and workshop owners can now grant export rights to channel members or all workspace users - A manager can remind the task assignee about the task directly in the **Tasks given by me **list - RRS feed is now located under **Integrations **in Workspace settings, as we are preparing for the release of the new business intelligence software integration New features marked with \*\* are developed based on customer ideas collected in the Orchidea Roadmap co-development during winter and spring.
